What every small-to-medium business needs sometimes is their own IT Help Desk - only more helpful. Is it only us, or do other people dream about having someone come to their office to evaluate their setup? Someone to say, ‘Hey, you could do that a much easier way.’ Someone to make your computers run faster, who could even move offices for you, ensuring that your phone and internet connections were set up without your lifting a receiver.

Are we just dreaming or does this kind of business already exist? In Tasmania? There must be some cross-bred geeks who have technology skills and people skills too. Unless they’ve been ruthlessly eradicated for talking too much at LAN parties.
